About

A sister project to ZycaAlgo, reading charts instead of filings.

ZycaAlgo reads every SEC Form 4 to find insiders buying their own stock. ZycaScan asks a different question of the same market: which charts did something worth a second look on the last close?

Why it exists

Flipping through five thousand charts by hand every evening isn't realistic, and most screeners hide their rules behind a score. ZycaScan applies five plain rules to every liquid US chart, shows you exactly which rule each one met, and keeps a log of what changed from one scan to the next.

It is a research project. It's free, there's no account, and nothing on the site trades or connects to a broker.

What it is not

A scan is a list of charts that match a rule, not a list of stocks to buy.

Changes shown in Replay are hypothetical close-to-close price changes. They do not reflect any actual trading, and they exclude commissions, fees, taxes, slippage, liquidity constraints and the effect of any entry or exit rules. Past price movements do not predict future results.
